Joseph
A. Butkovich
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Joseph received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Notre Dame (1988) and his law degree from Capital
University (1992). Joseph was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993. Son of John Butkovich,
founding member of the firm, Joseph has dedicated his professional career to serving
the interests of Injured Workers and their families.Before
going into private practice, Joseph gained experience in the area of Workers’
Compensation by working for the Industrial Commission of Ohio and also in the
Workers’ Compensation Division of the Attorney General’s Office. Joseph
is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Association

is married to Kerry Butkovich and has four children, Patrick, Sean, Maggie and

Daryl

A.W. Crosthwaite
Born in Covington, Kentucky, Daryl received his undergraduate
degree from Eastern Kentucky University (1983) and his law degree from Salmon
P. Chase College of Law (1988). Daryl was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and
the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1990.Daryl
is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, Ohio Association
for Justice, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Organization
of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Daryl is also the Past President
of the Leadership Council of the Northern Kentucky Unit of the American Cancer
Society, a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity (Delta RHO Chapter), Order of
Omega Honor Society, and the Northern Kentucky Football Officials Association.
Daryl officiates college football in the Ohio Valley and the Mid-South Conferences.

Dana R. Lambert

Dana R. Lambert
Dana Lambert is an associate attorney with Butkovich & Crosthwaite. Dana received her undergraduate degree, Cum Laude, from Illinois State University (2001) and her law degree, Cum Laude, from Salmon P. Chase College of Law (2004). Dana was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2004 and New York Bar in 2005.
Dana’s practice areas consist of Workers’ Compensation Litigation, Personal Injury and Employment Law.
Dana previously worked as an associate at the law firm of Cornetet, Meyer, Rush & Kirzner and Smith Rolfes & Skavdahl, wherein she gained vast experience in civil litigation including defending complex product liability causes of action, wrongful death cases, and personal injury litigation. Dana also practiced in New York City at the law firm of Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford, P.C. as an associate attorney. Dana specialized in defending employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, as well as general premise liability litigation.
While in law school, Dana clerked for the Butler County, Ohio Domestic Relations Court, clerking for two judges and five magistrates. She also clerked for Judge McBride in the Clermont County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas.
Dana is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, American Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association.
Dana is a competitive Irish Dancer, and competes for the McGing School of Irish Dance.

Pattianne
Menden | | Pattianne
Menden, Office Manager
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Pattianne graduated
from the University of Cincinnati where she majored in Political Science and earned
an additional degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to working for Butkovich Crosthwaite
& Gast, Pattianne worked as a Paralegal for two Cincinnati Firms, concentrating
in the areas of General Litigation and Workers’ Compensation. She has worked
in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury since 1990. Since
joining the Law Firm as Office Manager in 1993, she has continued to work in these
areas as well as Social Security Disability.
