Joseph
A. Butkovich
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Joseph received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Notre Dame (1988) and his law degree from Capital
University (1992). Joseph was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993. Son of John Butkovich,
founding member of the firm, Joseph has dedicated his professional career to serving
the interests of Injured Workers and their families.Before
going into private practice, Joseph gained experience in the area of Workers’
Compensation by working for the Industrial Commission of Ohio and also in the
Workers’ Compensation Division of the Attorney General’s Office. Joseph
is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Association
for Justice. Joseph
is married to Kerry Butkovich and has four children, Patrick, Sean, Maggie and

A.W. Crosthwaite
Born in Covington, Kentucky, Daryl received his undergraduate
degree from Eastern Kentucky University (1983) and his law degree from Salmon
P. Chase College of Law (1988). Daryl was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and
the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1990.Daryl
is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, Ohio Association
for Justice, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Organization
of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Daryl is also the Past President
of the Leadership Council of the Northern Kentucky Unit of the American Cancer
Society, a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity (Delta RHO Chapter), Order of
Omega Honor Society, and the Northern Kentucky Football Officials Association.
Daryl officiates college football in the Ohio Valley and the Mid-South Conferences.

C. Enderle
Born in Hamilton, Ohio, Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon
P. Chase Law School in 2006. While attending law school, Erin was an active member
of the Women’s Law Caucus, the Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta and involved
in the Student Bar Association and mentoring program. Erin
graduated from Miami University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree
in Political Science with a focus on Criminology. Prior to becoming an Associate
with Butkovich & Crosthwaite, she worked as a law clerk for the firm
for two years. Erin’s
practice is concentrated in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal
Injury and Civil Litigation. In her workers’ compensation practice, she represents
injured workers in all phases of workers’ compensation matters including
administrative hearings and judicial matters before various levels of Ohio State
Courts. Erin
is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Ohio Association for Justice.
She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, where she is a committee member
of the Young Lawyers Section, Workers’ Compensation Committee, Common Pleas
Committee the Women Lawyers’ Committee and the Personal Injury Committee.
Erin is also a member of the Butler County Bar Association, where she is a committee
member of the Women’s Law Committee. Erin
currently resides in Hamilton, where she spends time with her husband Mike and
2 puggle puppies. She is a longtime Bengals fan and season ticket holder who attends

Menden | | Pattianne
Menden, Office Manager
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Pattianne graduated
from the University of Cincinnati where she majored in Political Science and earned
an additional degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to working for Butkovich &
Crosthwaite, Pattianne worked as a Paralegal for two Cincinnati Firms, concentrating
in the areas of General Litigation and Workers’ Compensation. She has worked
in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury since 1990. Since
joining the Law Firm as Office Manager in 1993, she has continued to work in these
areas as well as Social Security Disability.
